Amy Mortimore, K.C., is litigation counsel and a mediator in complex estate, trust, and committeeship matters, representing executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and charities. She co-authored the textbook British Columbia Estate Litigation with Mark Weintraub, K.C. in 2020, was appointed King's Counsel in 2023, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
