About Amelia
Amelia McLeod maintains a broad civil litigation practice focused on commercial disputes, representing corporations, individuals, and municipalities before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and various administrative tribunals. She has particular experience with contract and shareholder disputes, breach of trust claims, and fraud allegations. Before joining her current firm, Amelia summered, articled, and worked as an associate at a full-service Bay Street firm, advising on regulatory compliance matters including the Competition Act. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, where she won the Lerner's Cup appellate advocacy competition and represented the school at the Jessup International Law Moot. Amelia belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates' Society.
