About Amanda
Amanda completed dual J.D. degrees at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. She earlier finished a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology at Western University in 2018 and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University in 2019. Before joining Jones Kopp Litigation Partners LLP, she gained experience at an insurance defence firm working on Accident Benefits and tort files. In law school she took part in clinic work with Legal Assistance of Windsor and the Criminal Trial Clinic, served as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, and won recognition for her oral advocacy, including the Oral Advocacy Book Award and Top Oral Speaker honours at the G. Mennen Moot Court Competition.
