About Alyshia
Alyshia Jiwan specializes in commercial real estate law. Since being called to the bar, she has handled real property transactions exceeding $900 million, covering acquisitions, financings, dispositions, and refinancings of properties including apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centres, light industrial buildings, and hotels. She also negotiates complex commercial leases for both tenants and landlords. She holds a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law and a BA from Simon Fraser University, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
