About Allison

Allison Wade is a corporate lawyer and tax specialist advising clients at all stages of business ownership. Her practice is focused on corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale of businesses, business start-up planning, succession planning, and incorporation of professionals, along with wills, estate planning and probate services. She provides general corporate advice across a variety of industries and drafts and reviews contracts, shareholder agreements and leases, and specializes in estates and post-mortem planning, helping clients navigate executorship and estate administration. Wade earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2013. She completed Parts I, II and III of CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Program, is a part-time instructor in Memorial University's MBA program in Social Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
