About Chris

Chris Peddigrew maintains a general legal practice but is primarily focused in labour and employment law and alternative dispute resolution, working as a labour arbitrator, mediator and workplace investigator to help employees, unions and employers resolve workplace disputes. He is an active member of the Newfoundland and Labrador provincial roster of labour arbitrators and is Vice-Chair of the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board. He also advises clients on purchasing, selling and refinancing real estate, corporate transactions, wills, general litigation and personal injury matters. Peddigrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative) Honours degree from Memorial University in 1999 and graduated from the Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law in 2003, and was called to the bar in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2004. He chairs the Board of Directors of St. Patrick's Mercy Home Foundation and is the Provincial Branch Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section.
