About Alan

Alan Warnock is a partner at Warnock & Associates in Airdrie, with a practice covering wills and estates, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary and was called to the bar in 1990. Warnock immigrated to Canada from Northern Ireland with his family in 1966 and has lived in Airdrie since 1982, practicing law there since 1998. He previously served as an Airdrie City Councillor from 1983 to 1998 and also runs a small real estate development company. His practice areas include estate administration, guardianship and trusteeship applications, real estate transactions and disputes, and corporate governance matters.
