About Aditya
Aditya Parihar is a family lawyer at Demas Schaefer who has practiced entirely in family and divorce law since being called to the bar in June 2022. He has appeared in both the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice. Through his studies at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, he volunteered with Student Legal Services, later supervising other students as a Dayleader. He continues to volunteer with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, providing free family law advice to Albertans in need, and favours collaborative dispute resolution while remaining ready to advocate in court when needed.
