Winnie Leung is Associate Counsel at Direction Legal LLP, called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005. She holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (2003) and a B.Comm. in Finance, also from UBC (2000). Her solicitor's work covers corporate matters such as incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, and shareholders' agreements, commercial contracts and leases, conveyancing and refinancing of residential and commercial properties, estate planning, and family law agreements. Her litigation practice covers family, commercial and property disputes, debt collection, committeeship applications, residential tenancy, employment standards and wrongful dismissal, human rights, and judicial reviews before the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She is fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.
