Maureen Tucker was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1977. She practices health law, including representation before administrative tribunals and litigation involving mental capacity, involuntary status, long-term care, financial incapacity, substitute decision-makers, end-of-life decisions and Criminal Review Board matters, and appears regularly before the Ontario Consent and Capacity Board.
