About Aastha
Aastha Goyal is a civil and commercial litigation lawyer at MD Law Group handling contractual matters, corporate conflicts, debt recovery, tenancy disputes and general civil litigation. She practised in a common law jurisdiction in India before coming to Canada, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2025. In Canada she has managed files from initial assessment through resolution, including drafting pleadings, legal research and litigation strategy.
