Alexander Stewart Lawyers is a law firm based in Kamloops, British Columbia, working out of an office on Talasa Way on the unceded territory of the Tk'emlups te Secwepemc. The firm used to keep a second office in Penticton, but that location has closed and Kamloops is now its only base. Its lawyers handle real estate, family law, employment law, wills and estates, mediation, and Indigenous law, and the firm says it works as part of a client's advisory team, often coordinating with a client's accountant or financial advisor rather than handling a matter alone.

Indigenous law makes up a large part of the practice. Chrystie Stewart, who practices through C. Rae Law Corporation as part of the firm, works on Indigenous law matters across British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon and founded the Indigenous Mediation and Negotiation Centre. Krystal McKay, who grew up in Chilliwack and is from Nak'azdli Whuten, articled with the firm and was called to the bar of British Columbia in June 2025, and now practices family law and civil litigation with a focus on issues that come up on reserve. The firm's Indigenous law work also includes negotiating community benefit agreements between industry and Indigenous nations, work it traces partly to the 2005 Haida decision.
