Cochrane Sinclair LLP is a Winnipeg, Manitoba law firm with additional offices in Headingley, Manitoba, and Vancouver, British Columbia. Founding partner Harold (Sonny) Cochrane, K.C. opened the firm on July 1, 2017 in Winnipeg's Exchange District under the name Cochrane Saxberg LLP, and trade press described it at the time as Manitoba's largest Indigenous law firm. Cochrane grew up in Fisher River Cree Nation, holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Manitoba, and is called to the bar in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. The firm practices Indigenous and Aboriginal law, public and constitutional law, class actions, and Indigenous economic and social development.

In August 2020, Senator Murray Sinclair joined the firm as general counsel, continuing work that began with co-chairing Manitoba's Aboriginal Justice Inquiry and later chairing the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. On October 24, 2024, the firm was renamed Cochrane Sinclair LLP to reflect that contribution, and Sinclair remained with the firm until passing in November 2024. The Vancouver office operates as the firm's Musqueam First Nation Office, on Salish Drive in southwest Vancouver, and the Headingley office operates as the Swan Lake First Nation Office.
