About Visa Law Group PC

Visa Law Group PC, which operates online as MyVisa.Law, is a Toronto immigration law firm with an office on Yonge Street in North York. The team practices exclusively in Canadian immigration and citizenship law, covering Express Entry, family sponsorship, work and study permits, business and start-up visas, and appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court.

Founder Zeynab Ziaie Moayyed is a Certified Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law with the Law Society of Ontario, is also admitted to the New York State Bar, and has assisted businesses and individuals with immigration matters for more than a decade, including work permits, intracompany transfers and start-up visa applications for multinational employers, small businesses and individuals. Ziaie Moayyed co-founded the Artificial Intelligence Monitor for Immigration in Canada and Internationally and co-chairs the Canadian Bar Association's Artificial Intelligence Committee. The firm's own Federal Court litigation uncovered IRCC's use of an internal processing tool called Chinook in 2021, and the firm has continued to monitor and litigate the use of automated tools in immigration decisions since.

The two associate lawyers, both of whom articled at the firm, add fluency in French, Turkish, Urdu and Hindi, and the practice runs mainly online, with block fees and virtual consultations by phone or video.
