About Fareha

Fareha Shahzad works on a wide range of immigration matters, routinely advising clients and handling Federal Court judicial review applications for a diverse range of visa refusals. She regularly assists clients with temporary and permanent resident applications, including intra-company transfers, significant benefit work permits, LMIA-based work permits, and start-up visa applications, and advises international students on Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program eligibility. She completed her articles at Visa Law Group and is now an associate lawyer, holding a JD from the University of Windsor, a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and an HBA from the University of Toronto. She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi and can understand Punjabi.
