About Zeynab
Zeynab Ziaie Moayyed is certified as a Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law by the Law Society of Ontario and has assisted businesses and individuals with immigration matters for over a decade. Her practice merges business and immigration law, advising multinational corporations, small and medium businesses, and individuals on visa requirements, talent mobility, work permits, and intra-company transfers, including under the Global Talent Stream. She regularly represents clients before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court of Canada on residency obligation, sponsorship, and removal matters, and is active in Toronto's start-up community, co-founding the Artificial Intelligence Monitor for Immigration in Canada and Internationally and co-chairing the Canadian Bar Association's Artificial Intelligence Committee. She holds a JD and a BComm, both from the University of Toronto, and is also admitted as an Attorney to the New York State Bar.
