About Platform Law
Platform Law is a corporate and commercial practice in Toronto, founded in 2018. It isn't set up as a traditional partnership: its three lawyers describe themselves as independent corporate and commercial lawyers practicing in association, each solely responsible for the work they do rather than sharing liability with the others. The office is on the second floor of 1920 Yonge Street, right beside Davisville subway station in the Davisville Village section of midtown Toronto. It's a dense stretch of the Yonge corridor between St. Clair and Eglinton avenues, lined mostly with office and condo towers.
