Eli Cranley has a broad corporate and commercial practice advising companies of all sizes on transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and employment matters. He began his career at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and later worked as in-house counsel, including as General Counsel, for public and private corporations with a recent focus on manufacturing.
