With more than twenty-five years in practice, including as general counsel to Delrina and several years working with venture capital firms focused on technology and with family offices, David Latner now concentrates on technology licensing, corporate and commercial deals, and legal strategy.
Gabriel Latner holds an LLM and began a legal career at a think tank, writing briefs and academic articles while planning to become a professor, before turning to lawsuits against fraudsters. The practice today centres on commercial disputes and on appeals in every field. Gabriel Latner trained in both the UK and the US, is admitted in New York as well as Ontario, and is regularly consulted on cross-border legal questions.
