Pacific Legal's office is in One King West, the tower built onto the former Dominion Bank Building at King and Yonge in downtown Toronto. The bank's original building was completed in 1914 and is listed on the City of Toronto's Inventory of Heritage Properties. It once held a bank vault with a door that weighs over 40 tons. A modern residential tower was later added onto the historic structure, and the combined building is now known as One King West Hotel and Residence.
