About Avi

Avi Khanna is the founder of Pacific Legal, a boutique law firm in Toronto that focuses on corporate and commercial matters, where he serves as principal lawyer. He advises founders, private companies and investors throughout Ontario on a wide array of transactional and advisory work. He routinely handles mergers and acquisitions, venture and private equity financings, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and commercial leasing work. He also counsels startups, real estate developers and growth-stage companies working through regulatory, contractual and structural challenges. Before founding Pacific Legal, Avi worked at Bay Street firms, where he counseled publicly listed companies on the TSX, TSXV and CSE, plus investment funds and tech ventures, on securities compliance, cross-border deals and both public and private transactions.
