Sun & Partners Professional Corporation, Barristers and Solicitors is a Toronto business law firm founded in 1983 by Jimmy Sun. Sun studied Computer Science at York University, graduating in 1977, then earned an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1981 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983, the same year the firm opened. What began as a general practice for individuals, families, and businesses has grown into a firm organized around business and corporate law, litigation, real estate, and a dedicated China trade practice, alongside personal services such as wills, estates, family law, and select criminal and regulatory matters.

The firm is a member of the Canada China Business Council and advises Canadian businesses expanding into Asia as well as Asian companies establishing operations in Canada, drawing on relationships built over four decades. Its business and real estate lawyers regularly act on financing transactions in the ten million to twenty million dollar range for banks and other lenders. Counsel Derek Lee, called to the Bar of Ontario in 1975, practised corporate and real estate law before spending 23 years as a Member of Parliament, and later returned to legal practice at the firm. Sun & Partners marked its 35th anniversary in 2018 and has supported SickKids Foundation through the annual Glitter fundraising event.
