Sun studied Computer Science at York University, graduating in 1977, then earned an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1981 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983, the same year the firm opened. What began as a general practice for individuals, families, and businesses has grown into a firm organized around business and corporate law, litigation, real estate, and a dedicated China trade practice, alongside personal services such as wills, estates, family law, and select criminal and regulatory matters.
