Capital Street Law Professional Corporation is a small Toronto firm with two lawyers, based in an office suite on Corporate Drive in Scarborough. President Kaulav Nandre and Michael Mangal cover a wide range of work for individual and business clients, including family law, immigration law, real estate law, civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property and trademark law, employment law, criminal law, wills, estates and trusts, and securities law.

Nandre holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Waterloo, and spent close to a decade in Toronto's financial services industry, at firms including Mackenzie Investments, Questrade and Dynamic Funds (Scotiabank), before law school. That work involved corporate in-house counsel on matters before the Ontario Securities Commission and the Canadian Securities Administrators, which is part of why securities law sits alongside the firm's more typical practice areas. Before that, Nandre worked with immigration consultants on Economic Class, Business/Investor Class and refugee program applications, and is a naturalized Canadian. Nandre is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association and serves as a notary public. Mangal holds a law degree from the University of Leicester and a bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, focusing on real estate and construction litigation and other dispute resolution work.
