GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group is a Toronto family law firm with offices in North York and on Eglinton Avenue West. Allan M. Goldstein founded the practice in 1998 after starting a career at a downtown Toronto firm, working in civil litigation and family law. Goldstein earned a business degree from McGill University in 1989 and a law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993. Since founding the firm, Goldstein has focused exclusively on family law and handled well over 3,000 cases, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Goldstein has also trained in interest based mediation and now keeps a smaller personal caseload, spending more time mentoring the firm's other lawyers than litigating directly.
