Barristers, solicitors, and notaries public Allan Rasheed Mohammed and Sharon Ann Rohoman handle real estate, family law, wills and estates, employment law, civil litigation, and notary and commissioner of affidavits work for clients across the Greater Toronto Area.
Rohoman and Mohammed both earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009. Rohoman also holds an Honours BA in International Development Studies and Society and Environment from the University of Toronto, was called to the Ontario bar in June 2010, and has closed hundreds of real estate transactions since. Mohammed's background includes work at the Ontario Pay Equity Commission and the Public Service Labour Relations Board in Ottawa, plus articling at a small labour and employment law firm there. Before forming the partnership, each ran a separate solo practice in uptown Toronto. They later combined forces and moved together to the firm's current Scarborough office.

It's an established office corridor in Toronto's east end rather than a downtown storefront, and the firm notes free underground and surface parking for people driving in for an appointment.
The location wasn't the starting point for either lawyer. Rohoman and Mohammed each built a solo practice uptown before joining forces, and the partnership then moved together into this shared Scarborough office, which is where the firm's real estate closings, family law files, and notary appointments are handled today.

The firm handles residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and refinances across southern Ontario, including private mortgages, tax sales, power of sale matters, and private sales without a real estate agent. Condo buyers who retain the firm for closing get a status certificate review at no extra charge.
- Does the firm draft separation or prenuptial agreements?
- Yes. The family law practice covers custody, access, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce, and also drafts separation, pre-nuptial, marriage, and cohabitation agreements. The firm does not currently accept Legal Aid Ontario cases in family law.

- Yes, the firm represents employees in wrongful dismissal, employment contract, and workplace harassment or accommodation matters. It does not handle pension and benefits claims, WSIB matters, or grievance arbitration.
