Marku & Lee Immigration and Refugee Lawyers is a Toronto firm, incorporated as Marku & Lee Professional Corporation, made up of two lawyers who practice immigration and refugee law exclusively. Hana Marku and Damey Lee represent refugees, international students, migrant workers, and people without status, along with their families, in refugee claims and appeals, family sponsorship, humanitarian and compassionate applications, admissibility and detention matters, and judicial review at the Federal Court of Canada.

Damey Lee holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA from the University of Toronto, and served as a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada before moving into refugee claims, appeals, and judicial reviews. Hana Marku, also an Osgoode Hall graduate with degrees from York University, worked as a researcher and writer on transitional justice and gender equality in the Balkans before becoming a lawyer, and now focuses on family sponsorship and refugee litigation. Hana Marku is a member of the Family Reunification Project, a group of immigration and refugee lawyers helping people with relatives in Gaza apply to come to Canada. The firm runs a virtual practice, without a reception desk or walk-in appointments.
