Damey Lee is a co-founder of Marku & Lee and a former judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada. Lee's practice covers family sponsorship, refugee claims and appeals, deferrals, stays of removal, and Pre-Removal Risk Assessments, with a trauma-informed approach and a focus on advocacy for women of colour and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients.
