The firm's name comes from three of its partners: Jonathan Keslassy, who works in civil and commercial litigation including estate disputes and employment matters; Adam Freedman, who leads the business law group and handles mergers and acquisitions and financings; and Mark Gelfand, who focuses on commercial and residential real estate, leasing, and mortgage transactions.
