Down & Company Professional Corporation is a small law firm at 173 Danforth Ave in Toronto, focused mainly on real estate work. It handles residential purchases, sales, and refinancings, along with new construction and condo assignment closings, and it also acts for landlords, tenants, and property managers on commercial leases. Alongside real estate, the firm takes on business law work, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, and business acquisitions, and it also handles wills and estates matters.

The firm has two lawyers. Dustin Down holds a law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from King's University College, and worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP before starting this practice. Before law, Dustin owned and operated a community newspaper business in British Columbia, and now advises clients in industries that range from resource development and banking to gaming and technology. Aida Farizeh, called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and an honours degree in socio-legal studies from York University. Aida articled at a real estate law firm in Toronto's financial district and later practiced family law across the Greater Toronto Area before joining Down & Company.
