Geller & Minster is a two lawyer firm in midtown Toronto that handles real estate, business law, and wills and estates work across Ontario. Its office is on Eglinton Avenue East. Managing partner Gary R. Geller holds a B.A. with honours in economics and political science from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from the University of Windsor's law school, earned in 1978. Geller advises clients on real estate purchases and sales, corporate employee relocations, and business acquisitions, and also works on wills and estates matters with attention to family and business considerations.

Douglas W. Porter, the firm's other principal, holds a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, earned in 1990. Porter's real estate practice covers purchases, sales, and the mortgaging of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, and extends into litigation focused on debt collection and mortgage enforcement. Porter also drafts wills and powers of attorney, handles estate administration, and works on small business matters including incorporations and commercial leasing. Together the two lawyers cover real estate deals ranging from residential purchases to commercial and industrial transactions, along with mortgage financing for private and institutional lenders.
