R. v. Campbell, 2020 ONCA 573
Anthony Moustacalis and co-counsel Christen Cole acted for the appellant, Andrew Campbell, on an application for appointed counsel under s. 684 of the Criminal Code in an appeal against convictions for kidnapping, assault causing bodily harm and pointing a firearm. Justice Hourigan found the test met and granted the application.

The firm works from 121 Richmond Street West in downtown Toronto. Its neighbour at 111 Richmond Street West, on the south side of Richmond midway between York and Sheppard streets, is the Yolles and Rotenberg Building, part of whose west wall now abuts 121 Richmond.
