Alloway and Associates Professional Corporation is a small law firm based in the Don Mills area of North York, Toronto. Graham F. Alloway founded the firm in 1990 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar the same year, after earning a law degree from the University of Windsor and a BA from the University of Western Ontario. The firm has provided legal services to banking, corporate commercial, and retail clients for more than 30 years, and it describes its approach as offering legal services slightly ahead of its time.
