Managing Partner at Alloway and Associates Professional Corporation
Graham Alloway launched his firm, Alloway & Associates, in 1990, and today practices bankruptcy and insolvency law, corporate restructuring, creditors' rights, banking and finance, and charities law for a client base of Canadian and foreign corporations, governments, and individuals. In 2013 he founded ReaLawState Realty Brokerage Ltd., which combines licensed real estate brokerage services with legal services under a single fee structure paid by commission on closing. The model brings agents, lawyers, accountants, and lenders together early in a transaction to address tax, matrimonial, and estate planning considerations. Beyond his legal practice, Graham has served on numerous corporate and charitable boards and has been involved in agricultural, land development, and energy ventures, including hydro electric projects in northern Ontario. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1990 and holds an LL.B. (Hons) from University College Cardiff, University of Wales, and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
