Can Weedon Law handle a home purchase or sale closing in Toronto?

What if a buyer or seller backs out of a signed agreement of purchase and sale?

This is a core part of Weedon Law's real estate litigation practice. The firm has represented sellers pursuing damages against buyers who fail to close, including a December 2025 case in which a client was awarded $2,385,000 after a luxury Port Credit home sale collapsed, and has also acted for buyers in deposit disputes.
