About Fahd Law

Fahd Law is a small firm run by siblings Shokur Fahd and Yasamin Fahd, practising under the legal name Fahd & Fahd Law Professional Corporation. The firm is headquartered in Richmond Hill, in a multi-tenant office building at 330 Highway 7 East, with a second office in Toronto's North York area on Finch Avenue West. Yasamin Fahd is the founding partner and leads the firm's personal injury, employment, and estate planning work. Shokur Fahd is a partner focused on immigration law, helping individuals and multinational corporate clients with work authorization, permanent residency, and employer compliance matters.

Before founding the firm, Yasamin Fahd trained as an articling student and then worked as an associate at a firm in Markham, Ontario, and headed that firm's estate planning and estate administration practice. Shokur Fahd began a legal career at one of the Big Four accounting firms, working on tax and immigration matters for multinational corporations in finance, information technology, mining, manufacturing, engineering, and food processing. Together the two also handle civil litigation and business and commercial law matters, and the firm offers both virtual consultations and in person meetings.
