Annette Goldberg-Schreiber is the firm’s director and its most senior lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience practising family law. Renee McIntyre, the senior law clerk and file manager, has worked with Goldberg-Schreiber in family law since 2018.

Court proceedings and resolving matters outside court
When a case goes to court, it can involve case conferences, settlement discussions, motions where needed, trial management conferences and, once every other route to resolution has run out, a trial.
