Garwill Law Professional Corporation is a small Ottawa firm providing litigation representation, legal advice and alternative dispute resolution to companies and individuals. It's based in the World Exchange Plaza in downtown Ottawa and appears before superior courts, tribunals and boards across Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal and the International Trade Tribunal. Its practice centres on international trade, customs and tariff matters, administrative and regulatory law, human rights and Indigenous law.

The firm's Senior Lawyer and Principal Director, Wayne D. Garnons-Williams, holds a BA from the University of Windsor, an LLB from Queen's University and an MPA from Dalhousie University, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1992 and in British Columbia in 1994. Before founding the firm, Garnons-Williams spent nine years as a Department of Justice litigation lawyer and later served as Registrar of the Federal Court of Canada and as Deputy Head and Registrar of the Specific Claims Tribunal of Canada.

Garnons-Williams was born on the Moosomin First Nation in Treaty 6 territory, Saskatchewan, and is the founding chair of the International Inter-Tribal Trade and Investment Organization. In 2019 the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business recognized Garnons-Williams with its Excellence in Aboriginal Relations award, and in 2023 Queen's University's Ottawa alumni branch presented the Agnes Benidickson Award for distinguished service to Queen's and Canada.
