Wayne D. Garnons-Williams is the senior lawyer and principal director of Garwill Law Professional Corporation, an Ottawa boutique firm he leads. He provides legal advice, alternative dispute resolution and civil litigation services in international trade, including customs and excise, tariff and excise tax, and WTO matters, as well as administrative law and human rights. He represents clients before all levels of court in Ontario, particularly the Superior Court and Court of Appeal, and before tribunals and commissions such as the International Trade Tribunal. He also maintains a significant practice in Aboriginal matters, including litigation advisory work and negotiations.
