About John Wolfe & Associate

John Wolfe & Associate is a small law office in Grimsby, Ontario, on Main Street East. John Wolfe purchased an existing Grimsby practice in 1978, the same year of the bar call, after graduating from the University of Toronto in 1976 and articling at a branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General in Toronto. The firm has operated from that Main Street East address ever since.

Associate lawyer Crystal Paolone joined after earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Brock University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in England. Paolone practiced estates, business, and real estate law in Niagara-on-the-Lake after being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014, and is originally from nearby Lincoln, Ontario. Law clerk Jolene Bartels, a lifelong Smithville resident, graduated with honours from the Law Clerk program at Niagara College before joining the office.

The firm's practice covers four areas: residential real estate, corporate and business law, wills and powers of attorney, and estate administration. For real estate closings it uses electronic title searching and registration, and offers title insurance to help protect a client's investment and manage costs.
