Calcagni Law is a personal injury firm in Grimsby, Ontario, serving clients across the Hamilton and Niagara region. Frank A. Calcagni founded the firm after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and being called to the Ontario Bar in 1995, and has practiced law in the area for more than 25 years. The practice concentrates on catastrophic injury claims, including brain injuries, paralysis, loss of limbs, and blindness, alongside car, bike, and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, insurance disputes, and long term and short term disability claims. Calcagni Law also prepares wills and powers of attorney and offers notary services. Frank Calcagni is fluent in Italian and belongs to the Hamilton Law Association.

Associate lawyer Emily C. McGivern joined the firm in 2016. McGivern holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy and history from Dalhousie University and a law degree from the University of Calgary, and worked as a corporate finance paralegal in London, England before articling at an Oakville firm focused on personal injury and medical malpractice. McGivern was called to the bar in January 2013, handles personal injury, accident benefit, and disability dispute files, and belongs to the Lincoln County Law Association, Hamilton Law Association, and Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
