Its five lawyers, John Paul Paciocco, Paul E. Skeggs, Paul M. Paciocco, Heather Cross, and Andrew Chorney, advise on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, family law, wills and estate administration, personal injury, and civil litigation. Clients work directly with a lawyer from the first meeting through to the close of a file rather than being handed off to support staff.

Two of the firm's lawyers practiced in Toronto before joining it. Heather Cross worked at a small commercial real estate firm there, representing institutional landlords and large tenants in lease negotiations, while Andrew Chorney worked at a national full-service firm advising emerging and high growth companies. Both hold a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management. Paul M. Paciocco, who joined the firm in 2016, practices personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, and estate work, and handles slip and fall, product liability, and other injury claims in association with Broadbent Law.

The firm's office at 819 Queen Street East occupies a restored early twentieth century building in downtown Sault Ste. Marie. Frederick Skeggs and John Paul Paciocco bought and renovated the property, work that the City of Sault Ste. Marie recognized with its 2013 Community Development Award for preserving the building's original brick and woodwork.
