Chuback, originally founded in 1991. Shaw, McLellan in Collingwood, founded by Ian Paul Shaw and Brian R. McLellan to serve Simcoe and Grey counties, and McCarthy & Fowler in Hagersville, a long established local firm, are also part of the group, along with a branch office in Sault Ste. Marie.

In North York, the firm still works out of the Avenue Road address where Richard W. Chuback opened a law office in 1991, so long time clients in that neighbourhood are dealing with a familiar location even though the name on the door has changed.
Outside the GTA, the picture is different in each town. The Collingwood office continues Shaw, McLellan's practice for Simcoe and Grey counties from 10 Schoolhouse Lane, reached through oak doors facing the municipal parking lot at Pine and Second streets. In Hagersville, the McCarthy & Fowler office serves individuals, families, farmers, and business owners with long standing ties to the area, and a branch in Sault Ste. Marie extends the group's reach into northern Ontario.
