About John

John Paul Paciocco has practiced law for more than 30 years, advising clients across corporate and commercial law, business acquisitions and reorganizations, commercial and residential real estate, secured lending, family law, civil litigation, and wills and estate administration. He earned his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School and his B.A. at Algoma University. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal on behalf of clients. He takes a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, drawing on experience beyond law to guide clients through significant business and life transitions. Outside the office, he enjoys Lake Superior and Northern Ontario's outdoor activities.
