About Zach

Zach Flemming-Giannotti is a partner in the Construction Law Group representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and sureties on disputes and matters in major construction and infrastructure projects including light rail transit, highways, bridges, hospitals, and mines. He regularly represents clients in arbitral and court proceedings at all levels in Ontario and has made submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining the firm, he practiced construction law at a firm in Toronto.
