About Yves

Yves Archambault is a partner and managing director of the firm's Montreal office, holding an LL.L. from the Université de Montréal (1976). He has extensive litigation experience in civil law, business law, construction law and labour law, representing entrepreneurial clients in disputes and business relationships, and has done intellectual property work in the music industry. He has appeared before courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada and the federal courts. Since 2007, he has provided legal counsel to Cree communities and enterprises in Eeyou Istchee on governance, contracts, construction and employment matters.
