About Léo

Léo Parent-Sirois was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2018, holding an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (2016). He concentrates his practice on Indigenous law, particularly mining and natural resources matters, governance law, treaty implementation and economic development. He represents Indigenous entities and serves as legal advisor and corporate secretary for companies, with expertise negotiating and implementing impact and benefit agreements with mining and natural-resource companies.
