About Yarden

Yarden is a partner focused on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, with notable experience in shareholder and partnership disputes ranging from boardroom contests to oppression petitions. He is a paneled arbitrator with the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and has acted as counsel or arbitrator in matters before the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, US state and federal courts, and numerous domestic and international arbitration tribunals. He also handles M&A and transactional litigation, construction disputes, collapsing real estate deals, and cases involving breach of trust and fiduciary duty. He is a Director of the BC Jewish Lawyers' Association, the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, and the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre.
