About William
William G. Clemens co-founded Woods, Clemens, Fletcher & Cronin in 1971 together with J. Arthur Woods, both lifelong residents of Woolwich Township who set out to provide affordable legal services to the local community. Clemens was called to the Ontario bar in 1971. The practice grew from that partnership into the firm's flagship office in Elmira, with satellite offices later added in Drayton, Arthur, and Wellesley. Clemens holds a B.A. and LL.B.
