About William
William Perkinson brings over two decades of legal experience across a wide range of practice areas, including real estate transactions, wills and estates, family law, and business matters. Before moving to Canada in 2019, he worked in Oregon in various legal roles dating back to 2005, including as a municipal judge, and handled property, corporate, estate, and criminal matters, as well as work in a Tribal Court for a First Nations Confederation. He began working in Canadian law in 2020 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2021, earning his Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Will has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of British Columbia, and serves on a public library board and in regional Bar association roles.
