About William
William Denham's litigation practice includes commercial litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, and medical malpractice matters. He has served as co-counsel on a successful Norwich order application, defended against an anti-SLAPP motion under section 137.1 of the Courts of Justice Act, and led a successful application to release insurance funds. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and conducted trials in Small Claims Court. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Section in 2022 and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology from the University of Ottawa in 2019, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
